  Horrible, disrespectful customer service here! Damian’s attitude is quite foul and condescending. He thinks he’s the president of the United States or the King of England with how he moves his fingers waving and pointing in people’s faces. You’d think he was commanding a herd of sheep or horse drawn carriage with that sharp pointing finger. What customer service school were you trained at Damian?? Not nice, I simply wanted to have a great store experience and he ruined my day.

  Terrible customer service ! Missed 30 day return window by 2 weeks apparently and “customer service manager Damian” rudely informed me that I would get $30 off my original purchase price. I asked for a store credit and was declined and told he has worked at this store for 3 years and policy has always been the same which I beg to differ . I was rudely given a tiny receipt paper with fading letters with their store policy of which I could not even read . Then I got the condescending customer care manager to point his finger at their sign next to the registers for me to read as if I was his 2nd grade student . I left with $90 shoes that don’t fit my husbands feet and out of $90. What happened to the Nordstrom pride of great customer service and caring for their customers? Never going back ! Will spend my money elsewhere!!
