  I couldn’t be happier with these Joe’s Jeans! I found them at Nordstrom Rack for a fantastic discounted price, and the quality is outstanding. The fit is comfortable, the denim feels premium, and they look much more expensive than what I paid. Great value for a designer brand. I’ll definitely be checking Nordstrom Rack for more!

  I’ve been a Nordstrom shopper for a good 2 decades.Ive shopped multiple locations and never have I complained on the service. I was shopping yesterday night with my sister and we have two small children. One 3 & 5. They were super excited about buying matching shoes. We went to a cashier by the name - Carlos. It was already apparent that he was not happy to be there. But we are friendly people so my sister greeted him and set her things down to pay. Her daughter (3) was as any child, tried to make small talk with him. Telling him that those were her shoes and that they had lights. Carlos kept scanning like it wasn’t his business to acknowledge this child trying to talk to him. Which is totally ok! Some people aren’t children people. So I tried to have her refocus to me. Then my sister asked him if he wouldn’t mind cutting the plastic holding the shoes together so her daughter could wear them right away. Carlos completely ignore her too. Then my sister asked, if you want, can I borrow the scissors and I’ll cut them for her. He didn’t respond. So my sister turned to me not knowing how to handle the situation. So I said out loud. “Its not your responsibility to be polite and provide customer service to someone who is supposed to be giving you customer service”. When it was my turn to pay with Carlos, my daughter (5) started speaking to him. I asked her to please not speak to him and talk to me. I started giving my back to Carlos because at this point. We were both unhappy. I cash out and go home. My daughters shoes were missing. He never scanned them and must have placed the back. I understand because I have worked in retail. Sometimes things get chaotic, that was not the case. I was purchasing 7 items. I was not all over the place. I set everything on the counter one on another. He purposely did not give me the shoes. I now have to order them online and pay for shipping. I would LOVE for someone in management to call me to further discuss because he is a terrible representative of your brand.
