  Absolutely a fantastic bargain. We may have just gotten lucky. But we got great deals on awesome brands. My kids are in heaven. Great customer service, as well

  Absolutely ridiculous the way Surena spoke to me and the employees! Never in my life have I had someone talk to me this disrespectfully at a store. I spoke to one of the employees afterwards and they even said she treats them horribly. I could never imagine in a million years ever speaking to someone this way especially if they were working with me or shopping in my store. I will not return as long as shes working there.

  There is a very rude girl Sarina that works there. I think that's her name, I had to ask another associate her name. She speaks to other associates like they're trash. I couldn't believe the way she was speaking to them. I asked the girl if that was normal, and I was told oh she has autism and that is her excuse for why she is the way she is. So sarina uses that as an excuse. I have never heard of someone using that as an excuse for why they treat someone like crap. She wouldn't last a day in the corporate world. Those poor associates that seem to all be teenagers. I feel for them. No HR dept to go to. So she gets away with treating people like crap. Sad. Then I found out that she "runs" the place. She is the head manager. Woooow. That is NOT a good look for ANY business. Platos should do better. She can't be the best option.
