- ARAmy RobinsonJul 22, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars I could. The children who work at this location are extremely uneducated and do not know how to handle issues or returns. I have 4 tops that tags are still attached and still in bags unopened and never worn. They would not return my items. They said since I placed another order yesterday I had to recieve all orders placed. I called help and they told me the girls were 100% wrong and I now have to ship them back which is absolutely terrible. I will NEVER shop at this store again due to the lack of education on business and returns. Very disappointing after I have spent tons of money at this location. Any order I have coming and bought in the store this week will be absolutely returned and I will be returning all of my children’s school clothes which is over $2,000.00 plus worth of merchandise. Very upsetting. My advice … NEVER shop at this location… the girls there are extremely incompetent.
