  I’ve been shopping at this Windsor location for about 4 years and have always had a good experience, but today was very disappointing. There was a young man sitting inside the all-female fitting room/lounge area while his girlfriend was trying on clothes. This space is typically used by women changing and stepping out in undergarments to try on outfits, and it felt very uncomfortable and inappropriate to have a male sitting there in such a tight, private setting. He didn’t even go into the room with his girlfriend, smh young kids. What made it even more concerning is that I brought it to the attention of a staff member, and she actually agreed with me about having men in the ladies’ fitting room. Another couple even came in together and the spouse said he would stay at the door because he respected women and their space. Even after speaking up, nothing changed and he remained in the area. It honestly felt like customer privacy and comfort were not being taken seriously. Not everyone is comfortable with having men in that space, and management really needs to fix this. I’ve never experienced this here before, which is why it stood out so much. I hope management takes this seriously going forward because this space should feel safe and respectful for all women shopping.

  Customer service was extremely rude from associate Nikita at the avenue mall in Jacksonville Florida. She stated we couldn’t make a purchase without providing an email after we told her we were not interested in giving out our emails twice. She then wrapped my prom dress in tissue paper and threw it in the bag. Then I asked politely if she could put it in a dress bag with a hanger, she then put us to the side and helped the customer behind us as if it was an inconvenience to her. After she finished with the customers behind us she refolded the plastic bag and flattened out the tissue paper all very slowly to replace while we’ve been standing there just wanting to leave with the dress. She was just overall rude, condescending, and not customer friendly.

  the boss allows men in the fitting rooms with minors and other women getting dressed. a very violating experience and she completely ignored my concern. insanely inappropriate.
