  I can’t say enough great things about Mary Lou. From start to finish, she made the entire Rolex experience exactly what it should be professional, personal, exciting, and completely first class. Mary Lou took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and ultimately came through for me with a watch I had really wanted the Rolex Explorer II with the Polar dial. Anyone who knows Rolex knows how special it is when the right piece becomes available, and Mary Lou made that moment even better. What stood out most was the communication and the relationship throughout the process. I never felt like just another customer walking through the door. She was knowledgeable, genuine, responsive, and clearly passionate about taking care of her clients. Underwood’s is fortunate to have someone like Mary Lou representing them.
