  Dashawn was attentive and knew my most comfortable balance of allow “me” time and space and “hey, you know what, take a look at these.” I was in the store attempting to decide, amongst the larger selection and other folks coming in, on a pair on sunglasses for upwards of 1.5 hrs if not more!!! I could not remember having a more personal (almost like I was the only person in there) experience ever. He gave authentic advice when I asked how frames looked on me and helped me pick out a pair on sunglasses for my business partner who wasn’t even physically in the store here world try them on, tell me what it’s hot and trendy. Extremely knowledgeable. Deshaun has this intuitive way with customers and the manner in which he sales. I highly enjoyed his input and the overall experience because of him.

  The customer service sucks and they are unprofessional and liars. I went into the store to order replacement shades spoke to the guy at the register, come to find out they never ordered the shades after waiting weeks. I wish I could give them a negative star. I do not recommend this store to anyone. I’m so disappointed.

  Shaun and Erin sold me two pairs of sunglasses and gave me the best experience, highly suggest these two great people if you come to this location!
