  Staff was amazing I just wasn’t impressed with their selection on anything. It’s a very big building but didn’t have much. I’ll say I got a few clothing items here and they were a good price, but for anything else I didn’t think their inventory was spectacular.

  Around a 11 o’clock today 7/30/26 I was looking to purchase .22 LR bullets for plinking. Preferably sub-sonics. A new guy was by himself working hard helping customers in an orderly fashion. When he asked how can he help me I instructed I wanted to purchase sub-sonic .22lr ammunition. I pointed out cci and their where none available or out of stock. I guess a manager came out and asked what I needed and what rifle I was shooting it out of. I told him semi-automatic. With me trusting management I thought I was clear I had a semi automatic.22cal, he handed me the cbee22 by Remington. Ready to cash out and continue my errands I saw the fps was 740fps and was happy with that. As I got home and read the bold black writing that’s printed,” will not operate semi-automatic firearms”. Disappointed that I trusted the manager and found out the hard way I can’t. I know you’re not able to return ammunition. Once it leaves the store all sales are final. To have two boxes of the stuff is disappointing and the service I received was the cherry on top. New guy was patient with me as I was with him as he helped others. Manger not so much.

  I just can’t say enough good stuff about this store in Jax. Fl. Store Manager Christine and the entire team are so helpful and able to work through difficult situations when they occur such as locating inventory and handling price discrepancies. Great sales. Great prices. Great people!!! Thanks to all Respectfully Mr. TSA

  I went and bought a baitcasting reel and I didn't like it so I wanted to return it back I looked up on the website and it says sportsman's Warehouse is allows refunds with the original packaging object and receipt. The manager tells me she doesn't do returns when it LITERALLY SAYS ALL SPORTSMAN'S WAREHOUSE STORES ALLOW FULL REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS. THEY REALLY NEED TO QUIT BENDING THE RULES INTO THEIR OWN SHAPE
