  I went to just to talk about guns with zero intentions to buy just yet, and Kas was such a big help! He has a very welcoming and calm vibe. He was able to answer all questions I had which led me to purchase same day! would highly recommend for gun purchases! They also allow dogs so double win! ☺️

  Selection seems to be dwindling. They used to have good fishing and shoot choices, but store does not seem to be as well stocked as in the past.

  I went there looking for a fishing rod they said they had in stock online.I get there and it was not.Was I surprised not one bit. I walked the first 2 isles of fishing rods a solid thirty minutes, making sure it was not misplaced. So after that, I went across the street to dick's sporting goods paid the extra 15.00 got it from there.

Very Concerning and Caring Management To the firearm outfitters employees : You should educate yourself with Intercultural Competence A term used in higher education and hospitality training to describe the ability to communicate effectively with people with different ethnic backgrounds. Also learn how to interact and exchange information respectful with people from different cultural backgrounds and Different skin tones.

  Terrible for online firearm purchases. They make up their own rules instead of just following the Florida law like everyone else. They say the 3 day wait starts after you do the paperwork not when your date of purchase. They are the only place I know of in Jacksonville that does this. They definitely lost my business for life. I’d rather pay more somewhere else but honestly it’s not like they are cheapest around anyway. I will never buy another thing from this crap shoot.
