No customer service at all. Three people at counter and absolutely no one greeted us or ask if we need help. Items are priced very expensive almost at retail cost. Better off going to Goodwill since they don’t price items by brand.

Meh. Girl at the front with the blondish hair is kinda cold. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows🤷♀️.
Last time I came in I was helped by a young guy and he was very kind. That is why I am leaving 3 stars. And I have had them buy decent amount of clothes from me a couple times 👍. Also the darker haired lady was very very personable.

This is by far the worst Plato’s Closet I’ve visited, and I’ve been to quite a few. Every time I come here, the staff seems rude, impatient, and unwelcoming. The store is disorganized, with clothes mixed together, incorrect sizing on racks, and many items looking outdated or not very clean. The dressing rooms were also cluttered with abandoned clothes. To top it off, I received conflicting information from two employees about whether the purses behind the counter were for sale. Overall, the customer service and shopping experience have been consistently disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Plato’s Closet. The employees were absolutely rude and didn’t acknowledge me at all after I stood at the counter for about five minutes. I eventually had to say, “Excuse me,” just to get someone’s attention.
I brought in a bag full of brand-new clothes, many of them with the original tags still attached, including Polo and Tommy Hilfiger shirts. After waiting, they offered me only $4 for everything, which was honestly insulting considering the condition and brands of the items.
To make matters worse, I asked for an itemized receipt so I could see what they were offering for each item. The employee told me they don’t provide itemized receipts, which I know isn’t true because I’ve shopped and sold at Plato’s Closet before and have always received one. Being told something that I know is false made the experience even more frustrating.
This is, without a doubt, the worst Plato’s Closet I’ve ever been to. Between the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and lowball offer, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.
