The store has good finds and gives you pretty good money back for the clothes you sell to them. The prices are reasonable and the dress selection is great.

What an absolutely abhorrent group of people working in this location. To work in retail and not say anything when a visibly pregnant customer comes in with a giant bin and says in an extremely friendly voice, "Hi!" while clearly struggling with the bin is absolutely ludicrous. I do not wish for any special treatment at all, but I do expect common courtesy to another human being when entering any establishment. The entire staff needs to be replaced with people who at the very least treat customers as people. What an embarrassing show of humanity and service. The owner and manager of this location should be absolutely ashamed and embarrassed. I genuinely could not imagine even seeing an animal greet me and not say hello, so the fact that people who work in retail still have their jobs while being this way is honestly humiliating to society.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience deserves one.
I’ve had good experiences at other locations, so I was surprised by how disappointing this visit was. I brought in a bag of clothes because I’m downsizing and making room for new items. Several pieces were brand new with tags, including Nike, Adidas, Gap, and Old Navy.
When I walked into the store, no one greeted me or even made eye contact. The atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming.
When I came back to pick up my clothes, I was told they didn’t want any of them because they were “old” or “too worn.” That explanation didn’t make sense because several items still had their original tags and had never been worn.
I completely understand if the store isn’t buying certain items due to inventory, season, or being overstocked. I would have appreciated an honest explanation like that instead of being told my clothes were too old or worn when they clearly weren’t.
Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
