  When was a friend who had called ahead of time to see what items they were taking. They didn't tell us until we had a ride that they had a whole list and they could have just told us that on the phone

  I went to sell clothes and they didn’t even go through the bags, everything was exactly how i put it in the bags :(

  This one is a little different then the ones I am used to going to. It gave me Goodwill vibes instead of updated trendy fashions that it normally have. But I was able to find a few items that were decent...not the best platos though..

  NEVER AGAIN. I brought in a tote bag of about 25 items freshly laundered and steamed, all in great condition and all name brands. Some even had tags. Multiple new items from Nike, Lululemon, and Abercrombie. They quoted me a 45 minutes wait time. I go back to pick up and was told they couldn't take any of my items because "we're really only looking for t-shirts right now." IF YOU ARE ONLY TAKING ONE SPECIFIC PIECE OF CLOTHING YOU SHOULD BE SAYING THAT AT DROP OFF SO I COULD HAVE LEFT AND SAVED MYSELF THE 35 MINUTE DRIVE AND 45 MINUTES WAITING FOR $0. Not only that, but my freshly laundered, steamed, and folded bag was given back to me all crumpled up and thrown together carelessly. comically, really. This is just disrespectful of people's time and effort. And not to mention, go look at the items on the shelf and they're complete trash! My brand new items would have stuck out like a sore thumb here. Stick to Uptown Cheapskate for those of us with quality items.

  This place literally needs to be studied on how rude their associates are! As I walked in to bring in a bag, they looked at me, didn't even acknowledge me, took another customer instead, another associate walked to the register, didn't acknowledge me either but took the other register. I finally asked "do you not see me standing here" then they finally spoke "we will be right with you". I walked out because the audacity! And looking at the other reviewers, I'm definitely not the only one. Will not be getting anything from me!
