  When I booked my appointment at Mayors via the website, I had no idea that I was in for a real treat. The next business day, Declan gave me a call to confirm my appointment, and he asked me some questions to help tailor my experience. I made it perfectly clear that I was not looking to make any allocation requests at this time due to possibly moving away soon, and that I was just coming to try on some of the Rolex exhibition pieces to get an appreciation of how they would fit on me. Absolutely no problem whatsoever. I then got another call from Veldina, the Rolex manager, to once again confirm my appointment and ensure that all logistics for the visit were good to go. On the day of my appointment, the staff gave me a courtesy call in the off chance that I may have forgotten about it, and they gave me friendly reminder about how to get there and who to talk to. Once I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Veldina, who took me into the Rolex specialty area, got me a water, and introduced me to the lovely Josephine. It is not an exaggeration that one could spend an entire day just making wonderful conversation with her. She took the time to show me every single piece that I was possibly interested in, even the "holy grail" pieces, and she was totally honest and forthcoming about the best way to get the watches I wanted. Again, this is after I said that I wasn't looking to purchase anything at this time. This military-friendly establishment is a shining example of how to represent the brand and institution that is Rolex. The staff are consummate professionals, and they don't treat you like a mere customer; they treat you like a human being. For anyone thinking about commemorating a milestone or accomplishment with a Rolex timepiece from Mayor's, look no further and shop with confidence.
