  Declan provided great explanations of the watch I purchased, set an appropriate expectation for when it might be available and was there to greet me when I arrived at our arranged appointment time. He was clearing explaining service, warranty and insurance offer.

  Mayors service is always top-notch.. Unfortunately, there’s been some turnover, but always a great experience with very attentive staff.

  This has been such a great experience visiting here at mayors, Declan is the most relatable and enthusiastic sales associate I have ever met, you can easily tell he just loves his job and has passion for this, his knowledge on the matter is next to none and honestly feels like I made a friend. I came in months ago interested in a grand seiko, but later realizing the model I first sought for wasn't for me, but Declan nudged me into this model SLGB003 and it was the perfect fit, and I finally caved in. He kept in contact and answered any question I had. I was treated so well here by him and what truly makes the difference is his underlying love for watches and with that the customer satisfaction was there. I would recommend him anyday if you have any interest in purchasing jewelry. He is patient and listens well. Will definitely be coming back if I ever want to purchase another item!

  Love the treatment and the knowledge that they provide, if you are ready for your Rolex you have to come and speak with Declan. He is very knowledgeable and will get you started on your Rolex journey.

  I stopped in on a Saturday to look at a few watches I was met with Declan and I loved his straight forward and informational attitude. We had a great chat about time pieces as I’m looking for my first high end piece. He was not pushy at all and seemed excited to inform me on the nerdy aspects of the watches. Although I didn’t end up buying that day I left with a load of information to help pick my first high end timepiece. While I’m furthering my knowledge I know when it’s time I will come back and speak with him directly. Thank you Declan.
