- KMKethnie Moreau1 day ago4.0Ahh ahhh amazing experience with James. Really knowledgeable. Unfortunately no plus sizes for men in stores. And no plus size mannequins in men’s or women.
- HWHaley White3 days ago1.0Girl tailoring items has an extremely rude attitude. Turned me down for hemming a dress I bought online from them for an event. I called and spoke with someone in the store to confirm the specific dress I bought could be purchased. They said yes. When I went in and told her she put me in a room. While I was changing I overheard her speaking poorly about people coming in to get there things hemmed and giggling saying “she wasn’t going to do it.” When I stepped out she goes “oh yeah no I can’t hem that one.” She rolled her eyes when she spoke to me and I walked out.
- ECEd CarrierOct 1, 20261.0Product has gone downhill. So many better options out there now that are better quality and the company actually stand behind their product.
- SBSarah Beth BryantSep 12, 20265.0We so enjoyed our experience today at Lulu. Koa & Kyle helped us and we couldn’t have enjoyed working with them more. Thanks for your help! Will be shopping here again.
- SLsutton littleAug 25, 20261.0They didn’t let me return my clothes and it had been three days for one pair in less than 30 days for the other. The Oak Brook location I went to in Illinois would always accept my returns no matter what.
