  AMAZING!! went to this lululemon location after today and usually I don’t feel welcomed in this kinds of places, but this experience was completely different!! A amazing employee welcomed us in with the sweetest smile then I went over to the leggings and empoylee helped me find my perfect pair then I went to the dressing room and got into a room immediately with the sweetest helper which made the experience feel even more special!! And let me tell you that lady was working her butt off running from folding pi back items and getting into rooms, at checkout the cashier was super quick and helped us activate our membership again!! If there was one Lululemon I could come to forever it would be this one!

  As I walked in Mariah instantly welcomed me in! I asked her if she could help me shop for girlfriend’s birthday… and let’s just say she delivered! Mariah’s customer service was amazing and she helped me find the perfect matching set for my significant other. Whenever you visit the store ask for Mariah, she will not disappoint!

  Rosa &Natalie were AWESOME!!! Thank you for helping my sister and I from start to finish. I was in town from nashville visiting my sister for a night on the town in riverside on the peddling bar. We definitely looked good and had a blast............

  Placed an online order with pickup at the Town Center location. It was a pleasant transaction. When we got to the store, the employee knew instantly I was there for an online pickup. Apparently, I was looking at my email as I was walking into the store. He came over to me immediately and asked my name. Went and found my order and brought it out to me. It is the fastest online order pickup I’ve ever done. Fantastic.

  If I could put zero i would! I’m deeply disappointed with the experience my 17-year-old niece had at the Lululemon in Jacksonville, Florida. While visiting with her grandparents, she was excited to treat herself she had even gotten her hair braided, paid for with her hard-earned money. Inside the store, a family subjected her to racist abuse, calling her the N-word and "ghetto" because of her braids. She did nothing wrong and even apologized to avoid conflict, yet the store employees chose to kick her out. She called me crying, now in distress and having a panic attack. I cannot accept this treatment toward a minor. Lululemon must address their staff’s response and ensure a safe environment for all customers. A grown man got in my nieces face and called her the N-WORD and you still kick out the teenager. Unacceptable. I am not surprised, because reading these reviews, everyone highlights how poor the customer service is at this location. I see exactly why now. This is unacceptable and not right. My poor niece is in distress on what should have been a happy vacation in Florida. I am beyond upset.
