  The resellers who shop here are ruining thrifting here. They take and grab everything and hoard it. I don’t know why this is allowed. They camp out there all day and wait for new carts to be brought out and take everything. I decided to look at the cart once all of them were done and everything was gone. The things that were left, I was looking through were snatched out from under me from a reseller. Like I’m not allowed to look or something and they own the carts that are brought out. This used to be a good thrift store but yall are allowing these people to ruin it for your normal average customers. You watch them do this daily and camp out on the furniture and do nothing. They shouldn’t be allowed to hoard things in their carts while they go and see what everything is valued at and if it will bring them any money.

  Leah. There’s absolutely no need for you to be disrespectful. When you work in customer service, especially as a cashier is better not to say anything if you don’t have anything nice to say at all. Judging people and feeling high and mighty because you’re the cashier, there’s no excuse for your actions. I will no longer be shopping at this Goodwill. My friend Family will no longer be shopping at this Goodwill because they’ve experienced same things with Leah that I have. Goodwill do better

  I would like to recognize Katrina L for her exemplary customer service and friendly demeanor. She took the time today to explain the loyalty rewards and help redeem my birthday reward. Thank you, Katrina. You help brighten my day. This is my favorite Goodwill store. It's always organized, the staff is available and helpful, and I always score a handful of items :)) Please keep up the exceptional work. All the best!
