The Riverside location SCREWED THEM UP! They prepared and sent out my Friday order on Saturday and Sat order on Fri. I called about it once me and my husband Mother's read the wrong cards due to mix up and got the wrong items. Also my mother in law received my daughter and Mothers order. I spoke with Rep who messed up the Friday order and left message for Manager who never returned my call. I called back 2-3 days later still with no response. It still has not been resolved. RIDICULOUS
