  Made my order for Mothers Day, it never came. They never called. I had to call and their excuse was they had 600 orders. Don’t sell what you can’t deliver. My order was $220 but my refund was only $180. They kept the tip, not sure why, they didn’t provide services. But tipping is no longer voluntary or based on level of service any longer. LOST THIS CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

  Ordered my wife $300 set of flowers and strawberries. no communication no notifications. It’s 10:30 PM on Mother’s Day and I still haven’t received it. Never ordering from this company again. Hopefully they’re going out of business.

  I ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day for my daughter who is a first time mom and lives in Florida. I wanted to surprise her because she has been feeling down. I trusted that this business would deliver on the date/time requested. I was so disappointed to find out they never made the delivery. Never again will I be ordering from here!!!

  I had a pick up order at this location and was told by the woman at the front to cancel the order and tell the delivery company that the store was closed. The customer did not get their order and the store was opened. She just did not want to do the order. Unfortunately, by canceling that order, it went against my metrics. Truly upset! Please do not go to this store location.

  Dont go to the Edible Arrangement in Argyle. They have a lady up front that is not very pleasant or inviting at all. I asked her did she have time to order. She said well we close at 8 well.....ok its 1 pm so I should have enough time. She said this to me two more times and i.replied ok thats fine mam Im off today so it's fine. She then rudely handed me menu of items. I then showed her the item that I wanted to order amd asked her if i.could have the strawberries with white chocolate. She then said rudely no you have to order as is on the photo item list. Now.im looking at the already made orders in the cooler door. And seen two just the way I wanted. So I left went across the street to Nothing Bundt Cakes. Immediately when I walked in I was met with pleasant staff that was very helpful and inviting. So I gave them my money. Never going back to Edible arrangements they are horrible
