My mother was a paying customer ready to purchase her items, yet Citi Trends refused to serve her because she could not provide an email address and phone number. Where does Citi Trends state that this is required to make a purchase? Refusing service instead of assisting someone because of a language barrier is discriminatory, unacceptable, and embarrassing. No customer should be treated this way.
