  I enjoy coming here. The manager Jay always takes great care of me and the store always looks good. I have been a repeat customer here on multiple occasions due to the great service the team gives me. Nonu and Paul are also so sweet and friendly. These three always go out of their way for me. I recommend this location. Repeat customer.

  Bought a pair of pants from Hugo boss wash them on cold without drying they shrunk about 2 inches because of the terrible quality of the fabric. This is not the first time it's happened. I can't even buy a shirt from this company because everything shrinks two or 3 inches. I took the product back to the store. It's been about 65 days since I purchased the product because I haven't worn it since then manager told me I needed to call customer service after driving 45 minutes to their store. Horrible, horrible consumer experience. This is why I shop at stores like Nordstrom because they understand the importance of taking care of a valued customer and Hugo boss could care less. Get this manager out of here he should've did something.

  Needed a jacket for my wedding, they didn't have the one I wanted in the right size so they ordered one for me supposedly. Now I didn't pay for it yet as we were waiting for it to arrive and make sure it fit beforehand, but I never received a call for arrival, so I called twice and both times was told I'd get an update to no avail with zero follow up. Would not be a large deal but considering I waited for it for my wedding, I'm very disappointed in the service.
