  My wife and I had a very disappointing experience at this Belk location today. The store appeared understaffed, with only one cashier initially available. When she called another employee to assist, she did so in a manner that came across as rude and disrespectful. As a customer, I was actually embarrassed for the employee who was being asked to help. While waiting, the first employee was running around the dressing room area loudly telling customers to return clothing to the hangers. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and far from customer-focused. When my wife finally reached the register, the second employee completed the transaction and then asked for her email address. My wife politely declined, but the employee responded by saying, “If I don’t get your email address, I’ll get in trouble.” No customer should be made to feel pressured to provide personal information in order to complete a purchase. I understand retail employees often work under difficult conditions and performance metrics, but customers should be treated with respect and employees should not be put in situations where they feel compelled to pressure shoppers for personal information. This experience left us with the impression that store metrics were being prioritized over both customer service and employee morale. We hope management takes a closer look at the culture and customer experience in this store.

  It was well worth driving over one and half hours to get there! I had been following a bracelet for over 2 years waiting to see if ever went on sale. Well, not only on sale, but clearance! I located in Jaxonville stores, 1 left. I phoned Joe in fine jewelry, he.was so "Awesome", he had to locate it, and put aside until I could get there!! So in love with this piece, starfish and bright blue colors of the stones stunning. I will definitely cherish it. It was more beautiful seeing it in person. Again, thank you Joe, I'm "over the moon" with this bracelet! Belk has great fine jewelry selections, I will be back.

  I waiting for 40 minutes no body help I am asking many times there is one leady in whole make up area and it’s now 7:34 almost to close I want to buy hhhh 😡 not just to loook And i am leaving no body ask I feel bad
