  Received a shirt and a pullover as a gift last week. Never even tried them on but could tell they were two sizes too big. Tried to exchange for a smaller size and was denied because I wasn’t given a gift receipt. Items are unworn with tags. Unreal customer service for overpriced merchandise!

  I always have such a great experience shopping at the Alo store in St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville! Every employee I’ve interacted with has been genuinely kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. What really stands out is that they take the time to recommend different styles and options based on what you’re looking for instead of making you feel rushed. If an item isn’t available on the sales floor, they’re happy to check the back, and if it’s not in the store at all, they’ll help order it online and have it shipped directly to you. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. The team consistently goes above and beyond to make shopping easy and enjoyable. Thank you for always providing such a wonderful experience!
