  I always have such a great experience shopping at the Alo store in St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville! Every employee I’ve interacted with has been genuinely kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. What really stands out is that they take the time to recommend different styles and options based on what you’re looking for instead of making you feel rushed. If an item isn’t available on the sales floor, they’re happy to check the back, and if it’s not in the store at all, they’ll help order it online and have it shipped directly to you. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. The team consistently goes above and beyond to make shopping easy and enjoyable. Thank you for always providing such a wonderful experience!

  Ugh I wish I remembered or I may have forgot to get her name but I do know her dad owns an ace hardware store. (Hopefully that helps with identifying) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, 10/10 . Natural peoples person.
