I wanted to share so the staff know not to miss out on a client. I just had a baby and was shopping the buy 2/$49 bralette sale. I had my stroller trying to get in and the entire staff was standing by the front door and literally a customer helped me open it. I then walked the entire store looking for them… while I could hear them greeting people that looked like them and near their age with bright faces and enthusiasm. A girl in black walked out of the fitting rooms so I thought maybe she will help, kept walking too. I decided not to say anything and leave. As I am yet again struggling to open the door and they are STANDING there talking all of them. One turns around and says have a great day. I rolled my eyes and didn’t answer. I love going to AE stores because they help me grab things and pick them out. I don’t mind to wait but they normally try to style you- help you find what you want and most of the time THEY get me to buy way more than I planned. I hope the store really reconsiders the staff that was there yesterday 4/16 around 4 pm. They are unprofessional and are driving customers away.

Great service. The girls were very kind and discreet, as it was my daughter's first time going bra shopping and getting fitted and she was super shy about the situation. They took good care of her and directed us to good first bras. They also showed us what would be best for school wear for the upcoming year. A little pricey though, so make you go when there's a sale or have lots of coupons.

Placed an order online and the item was actually no longer in stock. Sales rep stayed on the phone and looked for item all over store and back room. Sad I wasn’t able to get my item, but great customer service! Will definitely come in store and see what other options they have.
