The driver made deliverys in a very unlogical way you would think they would make deliveries in some sort of order according to address but this driver was right in front of where my delivery was intended passed by it and drove 10 mins away just to have to go back to a address he was just infront of

A customer calls your store saying their order is marked “delivered” but they haven’t received their arrangement yet. What do you do? A. Apologize for the inconvenience and offer to get to the bottom of it by contacting the delivery driver or B. tell the customer they’re wrong, the order has been delivered according to a photo the driver uploaded of himself in a random parking lot, and imply the customer is just trying to pull one over on you.
Anyone with the most minimal level of experience in customer service would probably get this right. Unfortunately I was met with answer “b”. After repeatedly asking the employee to contact the delivery driver. The driver finally confirmed that the he made a mistake, marked the wrong delivery and uploaded a photo of a different arrangement at a different address. No apology offered, just more attitude. When I addressed this, I was literally hung up on.
I called back, audibly (and justifiably) upset at this point and the manager handled it from there. The arrangement was beautiful, the delivery was imperfect but still good (mistakes happen and that’s okay). Customer service however was absolutely awful and it muddied up what was supposed to be a special moment. Just some feedback. Good customer service isn’t leading with defensiveness, paranoia, and a lack of accountability - it’s meeting your customer with empathy, the benefit of doubt and proactively working to find a solution. I placed two separate orders this week - for the first time in years. Unfortunately after this, it will be the last.

My birthday is tomorrow. My mom had a package shipped to me through “Shari’s berries” that y’all use…. Not only was it delivered to my neighbor BUT it was left OUTSIDE in the heat AND there are holes in it! I can’t eat whatever is in this box! Terrible company. Do NOT use them!

I went into this store in Hollywood to buy chocolate covered strawberries. The lady who helped me was very rude and unprofessional. You make your products very beautifully, but the staff should be more friendly and nice . I left without buying anything and had to find it somewhere else.I wouldn’t like to come back to this store again.
