  The driver made deliverys in a very unlogical way you would think they would make deliveries in some sort of order according to address but this driver was right in front of where my delivery was intended passed by it and drove 10 mins away just to have to go back to a address he was just infront of

  A customer calls your store saying their order is marked “delivered” but they haven’t received their arrangement yet. What do you do? A. Apologize for the inconvenience and offer to get to the bottom of it by contacting the delivery driver or B. tell the customer they’re wrong, the order has been delivered according to a photo the driver uploaded of himself in a random parking lot, and imply the customer is just trying to pull one over on you. Anyone with the most minimal level of experience in customer service would probably get this right. Unfortunately I was met with answer “b”. After repeatedly asking the employee to contact the delivery driver. The driver finally confirmed that the he made a mistake, marked the wrong delivery and uploaded a photo of a different arrangement at a different address. No apology offered, just more attitude. When I addressed this, I was literally hung up on. I called back, audibly (and justifiably) upset at this point and the manager handled it from there. The arrangement was beautiful, the delivery was imperfect but still good (mistakes happen and that’s okay). Customer service however was absolutely awful and it muddied up what was supposed to be a special moment. Just some feedback. Good customer service isn’t leading with defensiveness, paranoia, and a lack of accountability - it’s meeting your customer with empathy, the benefit of doubt and proactively working to find a solution. I placed two separate orders this week - for the first time in years. Unfortunately after this, it will be the last.

  STAY AWAY!! I can't believe I made the mistake again. I was at work yesterday and didn't notice that I ordered from this Hollywood location. A few years ago I had a bad experience here where they didn't deliver a fresh birthday arrangement and delivered it late at night when my sister's birthday was just about over. This time, I thought I ordered from the Aventura location for my friend's birthday yesterday. I pain $9.99 for same day delivery. THEY LIED!!!! They sent a notice that they tried to deliver and no one was home. They said the delivery time was 8:07 PM. Such frauds and liars. People have Ring cameras now. See photo attached from the Ring. Today they told me they were en route and now told me arrangement will get there by 7:30 PM tonight. So they steal your delivery fee for same day. They lie and don't deliver fresh baskets. I am incensed. But this time there's proof. The owner called me the last time I left a bad review. Stupid me for not realizing I ordered from this Edibles location again. The order is out for delivery but we will throw the basket out. It's not fresh. I urge you to reach out to write reviews with the BBB. I wish the City of Hollywood would be able to rescind this establishment's BTR license. I hope I save a few people from falling prey to this awful business practice. I suppose they make more money on delivery fees they don't deliver on than any loss of business from the awful reviews they have here on Google. I will contact the City of Hollywood BTR Dept and the City of Hollywood Police Dept (none emergency line - but they should know) because at this point I feel something isn't right. If the owner sees this I want a full refund and you can cancel my order. I asked for a manager to call me back but nothing yet. How stupid to lie about delivery attempts when most of us have Ring cameras. Monday morning my first 2 calls will be as stated above. I have blacked out the picture of car in front of front door. Please have a look at the time. NO ONE was there at 8:07 PM. I am contacting PayPal as well to dispute this charge.
