  I went into Windsor at Westland Mall shopping for outfits for an upcoming trip. The clothes were nice, decent price point, and the first employee I interacted with was pleasant. Unfortunately, another employee who told me her name was Judy had such an unpleasant and unwelcoming attitude that she made me feel like a complete bother just for shopping and trying on clothes. I was genuinely prepared to spend a few hundred dollars, but I became so uncomfortable that I bought one skirt and took my money elsewhere. I even asked another employee when she wouldn’t be working because I would rather come back another day. The rest of the staff was fine, but this interaction completely ruined my shopping experience. If you work in retail, customers should not feel like a burden for simply shopping.

  Lorena and Meylin took excellent care of my girlfriend and me during our visit to Windsor. They were very friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. They made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. Their outstanding customer service made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate their kindness and hard work. Thank you, Lorena and Meylin, for making our visit so special! Highly recommended.

  My experience was truly wonderful. I needed to find a dress for a gala, and I had no idea where to start. Samantha helped me find a beautiful dress. She was very attentive, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. I absolutely love the customer service at this store. The staff is always willing to help, and Samantha went above and beyond to help me find the best option.

  Terrible customer service when it comes to returns. The associate named Samantha was extremely rude and seemed unfamiliar with the store’s own return policy. She denied my return because I had used a birthday coupon, claiming that automatically made the purchase “final sale.” When I asked where that was stated in the policy, she was unable to provide an explanation. Instead, she told me that at their location they do not accept returns on discounted items because they personally consider them final sale, and suggested I return to the original store where the purchase was made. After leaving confused, I contacted customer service directly, and they confirmed that my items were absolutely eligible for return and were not considered final sale. What made the experience even worse was that even after customer service emailed the store for clarification, the associate still attempted to refuse the return and continued arguing with customer service over the phone. Very disappointing experience overall and extremely unprofessional behavior from this location.
