  Lorena and Meylin took excellent care of my girlfriend and me during our visit to Windsor. They were very friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. They made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. Their outstanding customer service made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate their kindness and hard work.   My experience was truly wonderful. I needed to find a dress for a gala, and I had no idea where to start. Samantha helped me find a beautiful dress. She was very attentive, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. I absolutely love the customer service at this store. The staff is always willing to help, and Samantha went above and beyond to help me find the best option.

  Terrible customer service when it comes to returns. The associate named Samantha was extremely rude and seemed unfamiliar with the store’s own return policy. She denied my return because I had used a birthday coupon, claiming that automatically made the purchase “final sale.” When I asked where that was stated in the policy, she was unable to provide an explanation. Instead, she told me that at their location they do not accept returns on discounted items because they personally consider them final sale, and suggested I return to the original store where the purchase was made. After leaving confused, I contacted customer service directly, and they confirmed that my items were absolutely eligible for return and were not considered final sale. What made the experience even worse was that even after customer service emailed the store for clarification, the associate still attempted to refuse the return and continued arguing with customer service over the phone. Very disappointing experience overall and extremely unprofessional behavior from this location.

  Para nada agradable las chicas yo fui y compré un vestido para una fiesta la cual se canceló un vestido caro q era para algo especial pero ya no lo iba a usar porque era especifico para eso y las etiquetas no vienen muy fuertes la mía se me callo y la guardé para poder devolverlo y dicen q no lo pueden recibir así con la etiqueta sin el original en mi vida vuelvo a comprar nada ahí a parte de q es carísimo un muy mal trato y una política q no tiene ningún lugar si no me lo voy a poner lo devuelvo y listo q mal rato
