  I waited 20+ mins in the checkout line because old couple was doing a return, they should have kept one open for people to actually check out.

  I want to buy a battery from my watch and they don't have battery replacements anymore at the store and then I have to buy a watch and the salesperson, she was not even able to set up the day the time Nothing, so I just had to take it with me, she said that I could go go back tomorrow. I don't have the time to go back tomorrow for somebody to set up a watch that a salesperson should be able to do it.

  Nunca había ido a JC Penny pero intenté esta vez y me arrepiento completamente. Tuvimos una experiencia horrible, llegamos talvez hora y media antes de cerrar, al llegar el momento de salir no se anticipó antes que iban a cerrar como hacen en otras tiendas simplemente empezaron a apagar las luces, tratamos de pagar rápido para salir pero nos enviaron de una caja a otra. Y nos tocó salir por la parte de atrás de la tienda completamente oscuro, un lugar que estaba en construcción y salir casi a la avenida principal. Caminamos como 30 minutos, y estaba una señora mayor con su hija en la misma situación, la señora con un condición médica que estaba por desmayarse. La peor experiencia y la inconsciencia de los empleados. Se que quieren irse a casa pero la seguridad de todos es importante. Por esas experiencias es que casi esa tienda va ha cerrar definitivamente.

  I went to the Hialeah location today to exchange, fix or get a store discount in a gold chain that I bought a month ago. The chain popped a link, the lady at the jewelry counter was not helpful at all. When I told her what I wanted to do with the chain, she immediately told that there was nothing she can do but for me to take it to another vendor to get it fixed and pay out of pocket. It looked like she is their to collect sales comision and no customer service. I asked for the manager and she told me that there was none at the time. I've bout several gold peaces from this store just this year. The chain has already developed an issue, as one of the links broke, and I went in hoping to either exchange it, have it repaired, or receive some type of store assistance. Unfortunately, my experience at the jewelry counter was very disappointing. When I explained the issue, the associate immediately told me there was nothing she could do and advised me to take the chain to another vendor to fix it at my own expense. There was no attempt to offer a solution, check store policy, or provide any level of customer support. I also asked to speak with a manager, and I was told that no manager was available at the time, which added to my frustration. I have purchased several gold pieces from this store just within this year, but the way I was treated today was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I do not feel valued as a customer and will not be returning.
