- YPYanet PineroJun 13, 20261.0I went to the store to return a blouse one month and one day after purchasing it. The item still had the tags attached, and I had the original receipt. The associate at the register politely explained that they were unable to issue a refund or provide store credit, and I understood the policy. What truly disappointed me, however, was the store manager's attitude. Instead of addressing me directly, she spoke only to the associate as if I wasn't there and did so in a rude and dismissive manner. It was obvious that even the associate assisting me felt uncomfortable and embarrassed by the interaction. Experiences like this leave customers with a negative impression and reflect poorly on the business. I left the store with a very bad taste in my mouth, not because of the return policy, but because of the way I was treated.
