We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. - TPTiffany PooleJul 30, 20261.0I was disappointed with my experience at this Lululemon location. My daughter and I were never greeted by any associate when we entered the store. When I needed help, I had to ask a young man if he worked there. He simply said “yes” and stood there. I asked if they had the new Seafoam Blue jacket, and he immediately told me they didn’t. I then asked if he could check, and he said, “Oh, we have one in the back.” While he was supposedly checking the backroom, my daughter and I found the jacket ourselves on the sales floor. When he returned, he told us they didn’t have it—even though it was literally in my hand. At checkout, the interaction wasn’t any better. There was no greeting or friendly conversation. The only thing I was asked was, “Do you have an account?” I expect better customer service from Lululemon. A simple greeting, product knowledge, and genuine engagement would have made a big difference.

From the moment I walked in, the employees looked miserable and actively avoided eye contact. When it came time to check out, the cashier didn't say a single word—no "hello," no "did you find everything okay," just a blank stare and the total. It’s a shame because the store has potential, but the toxic customer service means I won't be coming back.

I've shopped at Lululemon for years and this was by far the worst customer service experience I've had at any location. I'm glad I don't rely on this store to shop because I wouldn't return and would shop somewhere else.
