  I'm really upset again JCPennies!I went there this morning because my grandson wanted to get something for his mom on Mother's Day which is today! So while she went to Publixs to go buy some stake for Mother's Day lunch. So I grab one of the grandkids and we took off to JCPennies.I want to get her something nice since she a single parent of three. When I arrived this other lady and myself were the only ones at the jewery counter. Then I saw a man and his two kids. The lady ask me if i sign in and I didn't know. So this other lady was on the list and my name. The other lady was the first lady that was already there when I came in. When the lady approch a man instead of me.Just because I was in my relax clothes.Then she ignored me and I said I want to see the price of this ring. She just places the ring on the counter not said a word. I saw the take and said the sign said $149 not a 1,000.Can you check the price of this ring. She couldn't even look at me and said as she was looking down a $149. We will take that. The horrible service just kept going on and on. Then she said do you want it in a box. I said yes and I need a gift receipt in case my daughter dosen't like it. Then she place it in a necklas box. I asked her if she had a ring box and she staring at the register and said that all we have. Then she asked me how I was paying for 3 times I had to tell he debt. She looked at me like I didn't have the money. Then she went to take the tag off and I told her no it was a gift to my daughter and she might not like it and I asked you for a gift receipt. So why would she want to take the tag off so she couldn't return it if she didn't like it? This is why I buy from Belk and,Dillards and Macy's when it was in town. Now when I'm out of town I will shop at Macy's and other stores.I so sick of JCPennies and their horriable service!

  I purchased a ring that was not cheap at all and had to be customized and waited 2 weeks for the ring to arrive. Because I don’t live in Gainesville my sister was the pick up person. First, they didn’t call me like they said they would. I had to call and inquire about it and the representative was extremely rude. She told me it was there ate the store so my sister went to pick it up for me since she was coming over to where I live, 45 mins away from Gainesville. Secondly, when my sister was there the rude representative that was working was again, EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and never helped my sister. My sister had to leave since she waited forever and was never helped. NEVER will I purchase anything there again and I don’t recommend purchasing fine jewelry from here due to their bad customer service.

  Amaziyah at the JC Penny in Oak Mall was a great help. We had a big group and a lot of stuff but he helped us so much and had a great attitude. Thanks for the help Amaziyah!

  I have enjoyed shopping at JCPenny for more than ten years. For me it's the Mall. The physical layout - even the exits- give that chance to breathe. The items and the sale prices are quite attractive. The attendance are usually pleasant and helpful but it's often difficult to find one. Hey... people still need people! I would miss JC Penny in Oaks Mall.

  Well what's not to love about JCPenney I mean they have just about everything looking for from shoes to clothes ties I even bought underwear hair ones it's not a bad place to pick up a couple things when you're around the area
