Great selection and well kept store with kind customer service. Motomori and Manager Stacy were great finding clothes we were looking for. Highly reccomend this location for workwear.

The managers I talked to were so sweet and helpful. Had a great time just browsing and being out with my family.

The workers were rude. Making rude faces to us just for trying out clothes

Poor leadership! I've recently become a customer at Jcrew and have had great experiences at other stores and online. However, I found this store to be a completely different experience. The managers were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I literally almost cried. Save your time and frustration and avoid this location. If you have had a bad experience, report it to Corporate. Hopefully, enough reports will get them to change. The attitude at this Jcrew is as though they're trying to protect the store from customers instead of making sales and creating repeat customers.
