It's definitely a lot different than the old store before remodeling. I really don't like how they just throw the clothes together (not by size, but by color). So if you're looking for a certain size(like most of us do) you're going to be searching for awhile, as they are not spread by size. I got there shortly before they closed that day, so I didn't get to look around as much. I probably would have bought more things, but it would have taken me forever to go through everything just to find my size. It was pretty clean though. Parking can be a little difficult, it's a very small parking lot.

I have been thrifting for all of my life. I have never been treated so poorly by any retail staff as I have by a cashier at this store. She is a younger woman with glasses and long braids. I did not ask her name. It was around 9:30 or 10 in the morning last week and not busy in the store. There was only one other customer behind me in line. This cashier didn’t even look up from her register and had an attitude immediately when she called for me to come to register 3. She was standing at register 4 so I started to walk between the registers wondering if she may have misspoke. She berated me and said “I said register 3, does this look like number 3 to you???” Then, she asked me to tell her what the price tags said on my larger items in my cart. I proceeded to do that and for one item I asked if she would like me to hand her the paper tag that was taped to the item (a kid’s small table). She talked down to me and said “Of course not! Why would I want that - of course not!” At that point I was not just going to take the disrespect anymore and I said to her “why do you say ‘of course not’ like I am supposed to know the rules of goodwill. I am trying to be helpful. I am asking for clarity.” I told her that she was being rude to me and I didn’t understand why. She then said “you are just overstimulated and taking it out on me.” This was so unprofessional and uncalled for! Because I had my two small children with me ?! She then stormed off and told another cashier that she was not going to deal with me. I had to stand there and wait for another cashier to come help me and my children. I was shaking from that interaction but had to keep calm. No customer should ever be spoken to or treated in this manner. It is abusive to customers. I was treated like I was inconveniencing her and that she was doing me a favor. Staff needs education on how to interact kindly with customers.

The prices were great but the customer service was non existent. I wanted so patiently next in line for 10 minutes as the cashiers came one by one and crowded around one manager who wore glasses and she was a motherly type, but 5 cashiers gathered around her at the register and talked and chatted and laughed as the ONE working cashier worked her fingers to the BONE with a one thousand item cart customer. I was utterly and completely ignored as I stood there, next in line for 10 to 15 minutes. I eventually put my 3 items on the floor and walked out. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Never again. If you don't value your customers, HOW can you stay in business? With a steady flow of cars pulling up to unload free donations to your business and you don't value them enough to be attentive and show them that they matter. Crazy work.
