I like Goodwill, but the store needs better organization. The clothes are not organized by size so you spend too much time searching through them.

goodwill has become a parody of itself. if you're looking for a place where they sell various junk that they get for free, but the price tag on it is comparable to new things, then this place is definitely here. for your understanding, they immediately send good things to auction (if you didn't know, they have their own auction similar to eBay). You will never find computers, apple devices, vintage audio in good condition, or even good CDs here. There's only junk on the shelves, and the CD section is mostly filled with Christmas albums and church collections. Do you think they don't get good CDs? I was in Jacksonville on business once and stopped by one of the local goodwill in the media section. one of the visitors immediately came up to me and asked what kind of music I was interested in, I said that we would not find good music here, but I stopped by out of habit. the man asked me if I would like to take the CDs away from him, because he does not believe goodwill and he hopes that the CDs will end up in the right hands, and not in the hands of greedy resellers. we went out to the parking lot and loaded a huge box with more than a hundred discs into my trunk, where there were whole sets of first-class and rare albums from the 80-90s period. you can imagine my surprise and the degree of my gratitude to this man who just gave me all this. you will never find anything like this in goodwill. everything of more or less value is carefully sifted through and never gets into the trading floor. I do not recommend that you go to goodwill and even more so donate anything there. There are decent trift shops in the city that at least don't shout on every corner how they "help the poor"

ENCUENTRO KE PARA SER COSAS DONADAS POR PERSONAS DE BUENA VOLUNTAD, SE PASAN CON LOS PRECIOS DE ALGUNAS. MUCHA ROPA NO TIENE LOS TAGS Y TE OBLIGAN A PAGAR PRECIO REGULAR.

I absolutely have to recognize Ravin Thomas and Ashleigh Kelly for the AMAZING service they gave me yesterday! I came to the register with a buggy absolutely overflowing, and these two made what could have been a very long checkout such a quick, smooth, and genuinely pleasant experience. They worked together so well as a team, had the BEST personalities, and made me feel like they were genuinely happy to help me the entire time. Ravin is a true HUSTLER! She saw that Ashleigh, who is a newer employee, had such a large checkout and immediately jumped in to help. What impressed me even more was watching Ravin continue to help and train Ashleigh along the way without ever slowing down the process. She was patient, encouraging, and willing to teach while still making sure I was taken care of quickly. Ashleigh was just as pleasant and wonderful to deal with, and you would never know she was new! The two of them together were an awesome team. I shop for a LOT at one time, so I sincerely hope every time I come through with my overflowing cart, I get lucky enough to have Ravin and Ashleigh checking me out! 😂 They turned a huge checkout into such a great experience. These two absolutely deserve recognition. Employees with great attitudes, strong work ethics, teamwork, and wonderful customer service can be hard to find, and this Goodwill is truly blessed to have both of them! ❤️
