  I Didn't Want It To Come To This! I bought a brand-new Tracker boat from Bass Pro Shops because I trusted the company and believed they would stand behind what they sold. Instead, I've spent months trying to resolve serious issues through the proper channels. I contacted the dealership. I contacted corporate. I documented everything. I remained patient. Corporate has now referred me back to the local store, and the only meaningful offer I've received is approximately $20,000—even though I still owe considerably more on the boat and have already invested thousands of dollars in payments. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for fair treatment. Before making this announcement, I tried every reasonable avenue to resolve this privately. Today, I'm asking Bass Pro Shops and Tracker Marine to review my case one more time and offer a solution that is fair to both sides. If you've had a similar experience, I'd like to hear from you. Please keep the conversation respectful. This isn't about anger. It's about accountability. Companies build trust by standing behind the products they sell. I never received a response from the store manager nor the boat manager or anyone from the corporate office. Finally, after meeting with the boat manager, it was brought to my attention that the boat didn’t have a pre-sale inspection. I was asked to bring the boat in to look at the issues, I took my boat to Bass Pro on July 17 and, it stayed in the same spot until Tuesday August 4 (I drove through the parking several times) I was call on that evening to say the boat was ready. I asked a question, if anyone would feel safe taking there family out on this equipment? Again I’m asking for fair customer service and treatment.

  I’m writing this negative review because you sell the product of costa sunglasses I bought a pair from you guys less than a year ago and the frame broke I spent over $300 just to be told they won’t stand by there product.. I will never buy another item with the logo costa on it and I would recommend you guys stop carrying them if they won’t stand behind there product it speaks volumes about you selling there product….

  Often visit this location an others but I'd like to point out some issues that need addressing in the ammo section... The isle is incredibly too narrow to try and search a very mis organized and very underlite section while other customers trying to also search for ammo as we question eachother if we have seen a caliber we need... Unfortunately asking a employee at the counter only leads to another person in the already too tight isle who now also is searching and making comments such as "you almost need a head lamp to see the labels". Honestly I would like to see management try and pass to shopping carts down this isle.... Please fix

  Me and my husband use to love this store and the experience. From now on I will be shopping somewhere else. I'm tired of being harassed about timeshares and credit cards. And when you say I'm not interested they continue to follow you. Not worth it anymore.

  After the horrible service in Tampa , Gainesville Fl location was amazing , walked to fishing counter two friendly guys met me there and was able to get my reel and back out the door quickly and saved me fifty bucks by showing me a similar product with the same features , will definitely be back !!!
