  I absolutely LOVE AE… however, today I had a horrible experience with one of the girls organizing the Jean shorts. This was the first time I had taken my daughter out to shop in almost a year due to covid. So I was extremely disappointed in the behavior of this employee. We were looking for my daughters size in shorts and she found a couple pair she wanted to try. Apparently we didn’t make the shorts neat enough before we started walking away and the girl let’s out this obviously loud sigh while shaking her head, rolling her eyes and angrily repositioning the shorts how she wanted them. I want to point out that I never leave any displays a mess. I put things right back to how they were when I find the size I need. There was no one else around and her actions were obviously directed at us. Anyway, one pair of the shorts my daughter didn’t like, so we went to put them back on the pile they belong on, and this girl snatched them out of my hands while saying she’ll take care of them for me…. I said thank you and I get more eye rolls instead of an “you’re welcome.” I was extremely close to just leaving the store and not buying anything because of this employee, but bc my daughter really loved the shorts, I bought them for her anyway. I have never Been treated that way by an employee in a store before, all just for looking at the shorts. This girl needs a lot more training in customer service and since she obviously hates her job so much to the point of driving customers away with her bad attitude, then she needs to find somewhere else to work. When I checked out I told the girl that was ringing me up what the other employee did. She said she actually did the something similar to her earlier that same day!!! That’s sad… she sounds like a delight to be around. So I’m sure she’s done it to other customers too, just jot all of them speak up and say something. If it wasn’t for my daughter today, they wouldn’t have received my business after their employees behavior. I’m sure others have left without purchasing items too. The girl ringing is up was extremely nice and thoughtful. The complete opposite of the other one.

  Great customer service!!! Management team is always willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Love the clothes this store offers!! Definitely one of the Top stores in the Oaks Mall!
