  The store has always been amazing to go to with and used to be friendly helpful staff, but this time upon arriving we were here to purchase boots and some extra fishing gear but needed to use the restroom we asked the rude non helpful old person working the front entrance passing coupons and he was telling us there is no restroom with a stern face when I vividly remember this store having a restroom. We further continue our shopping where we find the restroom and think about how rude and terrible the front attendant is at actually assisting customers. Some people here really ruin the experience with their lack of commitment to actually work and assist customers when they are being paid to do so

  Had the worst experience today at this location. Was purchasing fishing rods and tackle for our son, the employee helping us an older gentleman Dave was great, as he starts to check us out another employee Dan (shirt, was told he is the fishing manager) comes up and tells him his customer is paying cash and suspends the transaction and kicks him off the register well our stuff is on the counter so he can cash the other customer out. The whole situation was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. Little did he know we also were paying cash! Dave walks us up to registers up front so we can pay and as we are paying, Dan comes up but stands behind and we can hear him talking about the situation, felt very unwelcome and confrontational. Will definitely not be back into this location again!

  I would like to share my over the phone experience with your operator, Sherry! She was so helpful and patient putting me through to the department I needed! She is definitely an asset to your organization!! I really appreciated her customer service skills and wish there were more like her EVERYWHERE!

  Decided to go in and purchase a firearm with my husband. We checked in at the kiosk and were immediately called. I asked if they had a particular S&W, and the salesperson responded, “What is that?” My husband proceeded to tell him the make and model and that it was a pistol. He said, “I don’t know what that is!” Then he pointed to the pistol display and said, “It should be here.” At this point, I stated, “You work here, but you don’t know anything about firearms?” I was done! My husband asked another question, and again, the salesperson stated that he wouldn’t know unless he looked at the box. My husband said, “Well, then go get the box so that I can look.” He went to the back, came back without the box, and said, “Yes, it has those clips.” No box! Terrible, dismissive, and nonexistent customer service. Lazy and rude. We left, returned home, and decided to pay more at a local shop. Although they did not have the firearm in stock, they were happy to order it for us. We actually purchased two firearms and received excellent customer service. There is absolutely no comparison. I will gladly pay more for knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful customer service.

  The everything’s over priced place is a tourist trap the guys in the fishing section can spool line with out it getting wind knots on the first cast. They never have any good st.crox rods in stock or glooms The costas are makes up so they can do the buy one get one 40% off deal. Looked at the Simmons go9 it’s 999.99, west marine sells the same unit for 799, guy in the marine electronics sold me a sd card that he claimed had satellite imagery, big surprise it doesn’t, everytime I go in they try to force me to sign up for the club membership it’s honestly a waste to me half the time they don’t even ask if you have a rewards card I always forget so I never get points. And the gear guard I got a trolling motor paid 150 extra for it trolling motor broke and they wouldn’t cover it. I really just go to try in the sunglasss before I order them online.if you buying fishing tackle I’d highly recommend Lehrs’s or Anderson before this place if you’re getting marine electronics go to west marine. Bass pro is a giant scam,I feel bad for the employees that work at the fort Myers bass pro. Please do better!
