  Nicole in the shoe department went out of her way to find the perfect work boots for my husband. She took the time to ask what he needed, offered helpful suggestions, and he walked out with a comfortable, sturdy pair he's happy with. Then Mory at checkout made the whole process a breeze. She was friendly, quick, and genuinely pleasant, which is a great way to end a shopping trip. Both of them made our visit easy and enjoyable, and we'll definitely be back. Thank you, Nicole and Mory!

  Ordered a fishing rod, it arrived with tape on the ends of the tubing and the tape was none existent on one end pulled the rod out to find the tip was broken off and also missing! Bass Pro you should do a better job of packaging delicate items!! FedEx shame on you for delivering it!!

  Love the atmosphere but customer service stinks. Not helpful just want to bother you with commissions driven staff. In 5 mins two people asking in direct sales questions to get you to see what they are selling. Harassment

  Went in today to get a D loop installed on my bow. Pablo was very helpful. Installed quickly. Took the time to get me sighted in. Gave me some pointers to be a better archer. He definitely knows what he’s talking about when it comes to archery. 🏹. Thank you Pablo

  **Great Employee, but the Timeshare Salespeople Ruined the Experience** I want to give a special shout-out to Monica in the apparel department at Bass Pro Shops! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful when I was asking questions about the store. She took the time to talk with me, and her positive attitude made the experience so much better. She's exactly the kind of employee who makes you want to come back! Unfortunately, the one major downside was the timeshare salespeople in the middle of the store. I honestly felt like I couldn't even walk through that area without being approached. They managed to pull my wife into a conversation, and when I didn't want to join in, they seemed confused about why I wasn't interested. I came to Bass Pro Shops to shop and enjoy the store, not to be pressured into a timeshare presentation. It really takes away from what should be a fun shopping experience. Monica deserves five stars for her outstanding customer service! But the aggressive timeshare sales approach would make me think twice about returning. If I do come back, I'll probably head straight to the upper floor just to avoid that entire section. **Keep employees like Monica, but please rethink the timeshare sales setup. Let customers enjoy the store without feeling pressured!**
