I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Roxana Serrano at the Galleria Mall in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for helping my wife and me purchase two beautiful pieces. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel genuinely welcome with her warm and inviting demeanor. Roxana’s knowledge and professionalism were exceptional, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond to ensure our children were comfortable, offering them snacks and beverages while we completed our transactions. This level of care and attention made a lasting impression on us. Thanks to Roxana, our experience at Mayors was extraordinary, and we will undoubtedly return to work with her again. Thank you so much, Roxana, for making this such a memorable and wonderful experience. Sacha and Joseph

By far the best luxury watch and fine jewelry store in South Florida. Julie was fantastic...very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with for my recent watch purchase. Will definitely be purchasing more from her in the future. I highly recommend this first class operation!
