  I've never done a review of a sunglass hut and I've been to plenty. Tatiana (Fort Myers) was amazing, very knowledgeable, knew all about her inventory and was so pleasant to deal with. I kind of knew what i wanted (mostly one particular brand) and if they didn't carry it Tatiana offered a brand and style that was really similar. I had 6+ styles that I tried on online and so knew what to ask her for. She found all but.a couple that were not available and offered sililar styles of other brands. She laid them all out on a shelf so I could try them all on, over and over again (lol) until I used the process of elimation to find the absolute perfect pair. There was no pressure to hurry up. Honestly, it was one of the most pleasant experience I've had at sunglass hut or any retail store for that matter. Go early when they first open if you crave advise. They got busy quick but we didn't feel forgotten about. I think we will go back again next time..

  Report your holiday hours...disappointing. Came on Easter and there's a sign in the door saying yes we're open but its padlocked and the lights are off... Edit: the store manager Tatiana was kind enough to call and apologize and I was able to go in today to get the glasses I needed. She is very kind and has amazing customer service. I highly recommend coming here!

  I have been to this store a few times to get my Ray Bans fixed. Tatitanna is so friendly. If I could give her a rating more then 5 I would. I purchased the sun glass cleaner for $15. It works great and you have unlimited free refills
