  the staff at this platos closet have always been very friendly every time i've shopped with them! the clothes they offer are always good quality and they even set up beautiful outfits for the mannequins. unfortunately, i'll have to minus one star because selling your clothing at this spot is tricky, since they usually only accept one or two pieces out of a whole batch for too cheap.

  I brought some clothes in to sell last week, with name brands and coach bags and new shoes and everything. It took almost two hours for them to sort them which is fine but I do have a baby and the wait was not the greatest and it was too far from home to go there in between. Afterwards they told me they had only bought ten items and for what the items were this was exceptionally low, but said yes anyways so I didn’t have a wasted trip. They told me they put my stuff by the door and I grabbed it on my way out not paying too much attention because I had my baby on my carrier. I put the bin in my trunk and once I got home I realized they never returned over half my stuff to me? But they only bought ten items? I will not be going back and I don’t believe anyone else should either.

  I love buying my name brand workout wear here. It is so much cheaper that retail prices.

  Very unprofessional,very rude and very disrespectful they get upset when you bring clothes in like your bothering them by doing so I don't understand if you don't want to do your job then quit and let someone who knows customer service have the job tighten up platos your employees are giving yall a bad wrap bunch of lazy people that don't want to do their job.

  Buyers beware. This location is NOT honoring the tax free holiday that is mandated by the state. UPDATE: Updating my review to acknowledge Chelsea, who was professional, kind, and respectful during a difficult situation. When I brought state tax holiday compliance information to the store's attention, Chelsea listened, acknowledged the information was correct, and treated me with courtesy, which made a meaningful difference. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had with the manager on duty earlier, who refused to review the state law, declined to engage with the information I presented, and was aggressive and accusatory rather than constructive. The difference in how two employees handled the same situation says a lot. Chelsea deserves recognition. The manager on duty's response was unacceptable. Thank you, Chelsea!
