  Frustrating experience. I waited in line at the registers only to be told that returns are handled in the back. A clear sign above the registers would save customers time and confusion. Communication was also difficult due to a language barrier with multiple staff members. Better signage, clearer communication, and more organized customer service would make a big difference here.

  Iv always loved this place but unfortunately I had the worst experience. I was buying some watches and I was ready to purchase. There was a small middle aged Hispanic lady with dark hair that was behind the counter that completely ignored me. I said loudly "Ma'am can you please ring me up" she looked at me with attitude and said "take to the other jewelry counter" I was confused because it was still part of jewelry but no problem I went to the other jewelry counter and there was a young Hispanic woman and a heavier Hispanic woman gossiping. I stood their for a few minutes and interrupted them and said " can one of you ladies please ring me up?" They turned and looked at me and said. "Take it to the register by the by the exit" I asked them, "Why can you ring me up here?" They ignored me and started talking again. Mind you, no customers around. This has never happened to me before In this store, I used to love this place. But that's not the worst part. When I went to the register that was by the exit and told the lady behind the counter, what happened? She knew exactly who I was talking about. Which means to tell me, this has happened. Plenty of times, the fact that they still have those people there. Working is very upsetting it goes to show that they do not care on how they treat their customers. I really do hope they do something about this. The one thing I do know I believe that lady has been working there for a while. I'm sorry, JC Penney, but until this gets taken care of you won't see me in that store and I have been going there for 20 years. I wish you the best. Ohh, one more thing the lady that wrong is up. I believe her name was Ronie? amazing amazing lady. Beautiful personality greeted us with a smile. That's the type of people JCPenney needs to have with the amount of traffic that comes in and out. Thank you, Ronie for saving the day and I hope JC Penney's recognizes you☺️
