    Store was old and run down. AC was not working and fans and portable units were all over. Only 1 employee at the dotcom/return desk. I waited almost 15 minutes for an online order pick up. This was mostly because an off work employee who was cashing out at this area and was giving cashier a hassle and holding up the line. The off work employee was raising her voice and being verbally abusive toward the cashier. A manager was called to complete the transaction, heard the verbal abuse by the woman and just let the cashier take it without saying anything. Because of that display, I will never shop at this JCPenney's again. No employee needs to be verbally abused by any customer whether a coworker or a stranger.

    Placed an order and received a text message it was ready for pickup and in less than 5 minutes I received a second text message that the item was picked up. I called and would not remove the charge. They obviously have an employee that likes to steal! Do not place online orders.
