  Would give 0 stars if I could. The man who was working was incredibly belittling, seemingly had never communicated with a woman before when he said their return policy was “common sense” when I was inquiring about it. For a customer service role I was shocked at how dismissive and rude the employee was. Rather than handling the situation with empathy and genuine explanation, I was floored at his response. Literally go to any other location ever!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a great experience shopping at DSW. They have a really good selection of shoes for women, men, and kids, with everything from everyday sneakers and sandals to dress shoes, boots, and name-brand options. There’s a wide range of styles and prices, so it’s usually pretty easy to find something that works. The customer service here was great. The employees were friendly, helpful, and available when I needed assistance without hovering while I shopped. That makes such a difference, especially when you’re trying to find a particular shoe or size. Definitely create a DSW account before you shop! They offer rewards and coupons, and signing up can help you save some money on your purchase. I always recommend checking your account and looking for any available offers before checking out. Overall, great selection, great customer service, and good opportunities to save with their rewards program. I would definitely shop here again!
