He guided me through the customization process for Oakleys with professionalism and genuine friendliness. Brian was attentive to my needs and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

- RRRichard RosanoJul 8, 20255.0I had purchased a pair of meta ray bans from this location a few days ago. Unfortunately, I had issues pairing them to my iPhone 16Pro with Apple Intelligence. I thought it was a setting in my phone or defective glasses so I brought them back and decided to exchange them for a different pair. To no avail, the staff attempted to pair them and get them to work but the same thing happened. After about 2 hours of this wonderful customer service, it was deemed that it was my phone that was not compatible with iMessage features. Bummer to say the least. I would like to thank the team that went the extra mile to make it work and make the sale happen. Maybe the next version will be more Apple friendly. Thank you again to the wonderful ladies at Sunglass Hut on Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale for their support and effort to make it work. I will be back in the future and will highly recommend this store and its staff to anyone!! Thanks again and hope to see you again!!!
