  The ladies working today were amazing! They help both my fiancé and I pick out the glasses that looked the best. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked if we needed any help. There was no pressure to purchase which we both enjoyed. Thank you to the girls working today as they gave us am amazing experience!

  We purchased two pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses here and had a disappointing experience with the customer service. We specifically chose to purchase our sunglasses in person because we wanted to have them properly adjusted rather than ordering them online. Before purchasing, we specifically asked if they adjusted sunglasses, and we were told yes. After paying and having our items placed in the bag, we asked again to confirm that they could adjust them. At that point, the employee told us, “Well, no, I don’t. You have to come another time.” Kai was very unprofessional.

  I had an incredible experience at Sunglass Hut thanks to Diana and Susie, the store manager. They went above and beyond to help fix mistakes made by other locations, and what impressed me most was their dedication. Susie actually came back after her work hours to make sure everything was taken care of and that I left happy. It's rare to find someone so committed to providing outstanding customer service. Both were very professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making things right. She turned a frustrating situation into a great experience!

  I’ve had a pair of Pradas for a while that were a family gift. They began getting scuffed up over the last few months. Brian and the team were able to order me new lenses and install them for me. They look brand new again, thank you Sunglass hut!
