They went above and beyond to help fix mistakes made by other locations, and what impressed me most was their dedication. Susie actually came back after her work hours to make sure everything was taken care of and that I left happy. It's rare to find someone so committed to providing outstanding customer service. Both were very professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making things right. She turned a frustrating situation into a great experience!
