  Had an odd experience at this store today. I stopped by to return a pair of shorts & socks. I had received the shorts in the mail less than 36 hours prior. She scanned my shorts & said she would be right back. Upon her return, she told me I cannot return the shorts because there was a “scent”. I was confused, as I just received the shorts brand new. I asked her “what is the scent?” And she replied “I can’t say”. She processed the return for the socks, I guess they passed her “scent” test. I brought the shorts home and had others smell them & everyone agreed they had no scent. This associate made me feel crazy. They are brand new shorts! I’ve purchased so many items over the last few years from lululemon, and returns have always been a breeze. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable. I also overheard the same associate telling the customer in front of me that “she used to work at Vuori” and would “spend her whole paycheck at Vuori” but she “barely buys pieces from lululemon”. What an odd thing to say to a customer.

  Extremely impressed with the customer service Sam offered us today at lululemon. His willingness to go above and beyond today assisting me today with an uber pickup was extremely appreciated. He coordinated amazingly to make the entire experience seamless and effortless.

  The lululemon at River Market in Fort Lauderdale is easily one of the best locations I’ve visited. The new space is stunning and large, but the real standout is the management. The manager over there, Victoria (or “V”), has cultivated an incredible welcoming culture. She is approachable, genuinely attentive to customer needs, and leads by example so her team of educators are just as helpful as she is providing top-notch service. It’s rare to find a store with such a positive, high-energy vibe, yet at the same time it feels so laid-back and friendly that it makes shopping there a total breeze. Best lulu in the area, hands down.
