I went to another local shop and they quoted me 2.5x the price of what Mark and Gonzo quoted me here at jewelry plus. I called over the phone and I spoke to the lady (I believe her name was Jannette). The entire staff was very friendly and assured me they would take care of me. The first place told me $60 first to have it repaired and $80+ of I wanted it done by the next day! Mark and Gonzo charged me $32 to replace my chains clasp and polish it and had it done within 5 minutes! I cannot recommend these people enough! They truly care about their customers!

I brought a watch here that I obtained from a foreclosed home and was told that "IT MUST NOT BE REAL IF THEY LEFT IT" with no further looking at or trying to authenticate it. A TOTAL WASTE OF MY DRIVE HERE JUST TRYING TO GET A BASE VALUE OF IT. If THIS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS, I'D RATHER NOT.

I came in to have the staff replace my band with a new band for my tutor watch. They immediately said it couldn’t be done, even though I told them it was 100% possible. They kept saying it could be done and they looked at between three different specialists. I realized they aren’t really specialists and what they do because they weren’t even willing to try to help and see if it was possible. They immediately said it could not be done. Please come back Tuesday and talk to somebody else. I went to a different jeweler and they were able to get it fitted and installed in my watch within 10 minutes, no problem.

They explained the differences between white gold, yellow gold, and platinum in a way that was easy to understand. As someone who doesn't know much about jewelry, I really appreciated that they didn't overcomplicate things.
