  I came in to have the staff replace my band with a new band for my tutor watch. They immediately said it couldn’t be done, even though I told them it was 100% possible. They kept saying it could be done and they looked at between three different specialists. I realized they aren’t really specialists and what they do because they weren’t even willing to try to help and see if it was possible. They immediately said it could not be done. Please come back Tuesday and talk to somebody else. I went to a different jeweler and they were able to get it fitted and installed in my watch within 10 minutes, no problem.

  They explained the differences between white gold, yellow gold, and platinum in a way that was easy to understand. As someone who doesn't know much about jewelry, I really appreciated that they didn't overcomplicate things.

  Garbage repair jobs and if you lose the ticket they give u grief and act like its impossible for them to find your item or it's a mission when they are there to work twice I went there for the same thing and they act like the problem is my jewelry okay that's fine if it is my jewelry but they sure are fine doing it again and taking the money instead of saying listen it's not worth the time no honesty no integrity 👎👎👎 3 thumbs down and quick to make a customer feel they're the problem. Unless you are for sure knowing what your gonna get it's not even worth going .
