- ADAlan Dillman1 day ago5.0I worked with Mark Lombardo on my fiance's engagement ring and he was excellent to work with. Mark was super responsive via text and phone calls and working with Daouds was much better than working with any of those national chains, which I also walked into but just felt like a commission check. I highly recommend Mark as he helped me, a clueless man, throughout my entire journey and made it less painful than I expected. We are working on the wedding bands with him and Daouds again given how great they were on the front end.
