Disappointing experience. Came to return a Christmas gift that was one size too small. Provided the product, with the tags. Entered the store to find one male standing behind a table in the middle watching a football game on a laptop. I asked him if this was the checkout counter. He said yes. I provided him the product and the tags. He asked what email was used for the purchase. I said that I didn’t know because it was a gift. He asked if I had a receipt. I said no because it was a gift. He then said, “then I can’t help you.” I then left, and he undoubtedly went back to watching football. Would NOT recommend this store—or the brand—if that’s how their customer service personnel are trained.

Been to your store twice and both times you were closed during normal business hours. Don't bother wasting your time going to this store.

It’s 3pm and the store is closed with a “back in 20 minutes sign”. It’s Christmas Eve, tons of people out shopping but not at this store.

It’s 2 PM, and the store shows that it’s open. However, someone inside is just folding clothes. I’m disappointed because I’ve always wanted to visit the store, especially since I struggle to find options for a long torso.
