  This store is supposed to be an outlet store , their prices are higher than Macy’s ! They may match Macys price if you ask… as far as warranty I purchased a TRAVEL BACKPACK to match my carry on Silhouette paying $199.00 using it once to go overseas . The bags zipper had a problem on that first trip. I went back to the store because also you could not get into the bag once placing it under the seat ,as far as function there was none. I paid the 15.00 to have it sent to their service center in the CAROLINAS , they were helpful there and authorized a replacement. Then I had to speak with corporate customer service. I was promised a call back first thing Monday morning once the representative got in at 9 am, she was sending an email for them to authorize a credit to the store the full price of $199.00. Versus sending a new bag of the same exact style . I called them back at noon that day, the women told me no worries the store at Miramar outlets Managed by Rebecca Melendez . When I arrived to the store they had a letter which was a secret and I could not see it,supposedly stated I had a credit for $165.00 AND ONLY TO USE ON ONE ITEM! So all in all a one time use bag $227.92 , they lied and made a profit of 137.93. The store Manager does not care one bit about her clients . Never going back after 40 years of being a Samsonite only luggage purchaser . I guess they have gotten too big to care about Customer service!

  Consumer Services at the Store Don't know nothing about warranty luggages. Waste my time twice pay extra money for nothing.....and at the End SAMSONITE DIDN'T Made NOTHIG....NO REPAIRS....NO NOTIFICATION......NOTHING AT ALL WHY AT THE STORE DIDN'T TOLD ME NOTHING AT THE BEGINNING ..ABOUT MY LUGGAGE DOESN'T HAS ANY WARRANTY ANY MORE...THEY'RE JUST CHARGED ME ALIMOST $30 BUCKS FOR DELIVERY........CLOWNS !!!

  Samsonite Koffer schneiden bei vielen Koffer-Tests mit am Besten ab. Qualität und Verarbeitung sowie Langlebigkeit sind hervorragend. Hier im Miromar Outlet Store findet sich ein schönes Angebot. Echte Schnäppchen sind natürlich relativ, denn die regulären Preise sind schon recht hoch und somit erscheinen auch die Outletpreise hoch. Qualität hat nunmal ihren Preis. Wir hatten genug Koffer und sind nur in den Laden gegangen, weil ich die StarWars Koffer gesehen habe. Ich war kurz am überlegen, ob ich einen anderen Koffer wegwerfen soll ;-) Im Miromar finden sich auch noch andere Koffer-Shops, die u.a. auch Samsonite führen. Durch besondere Rabatte und Angebote, kann sich somit ein Preisvergleich lohnen.
