  Our experience or rental, drop off, pickup and quality rental boats with paddles was perfect. We initially rented 4 boats and a paddle board for the week, but after realizing our launch was less than ideal for the non adventurous paddlers they took care of us! Quality Wilderness Systems sea kayaks, sit on tops and carbon paddles lead the way. Thank you Justin and family!

  I had a great experience at Estero River Outfitters. Jeff took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me select the best option for my needs. They also allow you test one out before making a purchase, giving me the confidence that I was choosing the right fit. There was never any pressure, just honest advice and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Estero River Outfitters for kayak purchase or rental.

  I needed my product for an upcoming trip. I placed my order on 6/17/2026 and received an email confirmation for the order #ORD01178 and a separate payment conformation minutes later (Charges processed at my bank the next day). I received a call today 6/19/2026 from a ERO representative who advised that the shipping was higher than what was calculated at check-out (it more than doubled) and they couldn't ship my order unless I wanted to pay the additional shipping charges. I declined and she then tried to switch me to another product. I assume they are not aware that Under Florida law, once your payment is processed and an order confirmation is sent, a legally binding contract is formed. The company cannot unilaterally change the price of the shipping or hold my order hostage. If they fail to honor the original agreed-upon price, they are in breach of contract. This is exactly what they did here. My next step is reporting them to Florida regulators for their poor business practices. This mistake was not my doing! ERO should have done the right thing here.

  Unprofessional company who do not fulfill orders that are paid in full. I purchased a fishing rod last week, order confirmation in an email and my card was charged. I received no other updates, so I reach out via email. Today I get an email saying they are in the process of taking down the option to ship rods due to the shipping charge and cancelled my order. I paid for shipping when I ordered the rod. Instead of fixing whatever issue is and applying that fix to future purchases preventing whatever it was from happening again, they cancelled my order and are changing their shipping policy. The one that was already agreed upon in the completed purchase. It is unprofessional for any business to change their shipping policy after purchases. They are not a brand new company, I didn’t bypass paying shipping or taxes, they just decided to no longer honor their own policy set in place for shipping a fishing rod from Florida to Virginia. Not Hawaii, not Europe, Virginia… which again was after the customer had already paid the shipping cost to the company! Ridiculous. Don’t open a store and sell things if you’re not going to honor the sale and waste people’s time.
