  I’ll run out of superlatives describing my shopping experience at The Diamond District. Every aspect was positive and then some— from working with Stacey Beth, their wonderful sales associate, to find just the right ruby/diamond ring, which required a custom order, to pick-up, fitting and sizing. The Diamond District truly deserves its reputation.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience with Jason and Todd at the Diamond District in Estero, Florida. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. You can tell right away that they truly care about their customers and are not just there to make a sale. They took their time with me, answered every question with patience, and made the entire experience feel personal, comfortable, and special. What stood out most was how kind, caring, and sincere both Jason and Todd were throughout the whole conversation. They really listened, gave honest guidance, and made me feel like they wanted the absolute best for me rather than just trying to push me in a certain direction. That kind of service is rare. They were knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to, but also warm, genuine, and thoughtful in a way that made the experience unforgettable.   I was at Diamond District this past Saturday and I worked with Stacey on the purchase of a sapphire and diamond ring related to my 42nd wedding anniversary. It was actually my second time on the same item but I brought my sister as I wanted her input as she and I have very similar tastes and I just needed her there. Our experience with Stacey was absolutely exquisite. They are never, ever high pressure but are phenomenal listeners when guiding us through the process. We also found out that we had a great deal in common. My daughter and her husband purchased her engagement and wedding rings there. My sister gets all her jewelry there.
