  Being a Calvin Klein lover and Calvin Klein preferred member I frequently visit this outlet store. Last time I was there I bought a belt that I really liked but didn't pay attention at the size. I got home and realized the belt is too big, and because of the belt's style I couldn't just make couple more wholes. Couple of weeks later I went back to the store to try to exchange the belt, but they didn't have any in the size needed. The store manager Kate approached me and asked if she can help me with something. I told her my problem and she took a personal initiative to make sure I get the belt I really liked. She went and looked at the back, looked with me throughout all the belts displayed in the store, but we could't find the size I need. She took customer service to another level by offering me to order it online and have it delivered directly to my house. Her personality and customer service skills definitely deserve recognition. I have worked in customer service, human resources and hospitality but her positive, friendly and personal approach to the problem should be a definition for customer service. Thank you for being awesome.
