- RPRyan PepsinMay 3, 20261.0I purchased a $450 set of glasses from this location and I got the frames with the less expensive lenses because I thought at the time I would need prescription lenses. It turns out I didn’t, so I returned to the store to trade UP to the better version of the glasses. The new store manager Eli tried a dozen different excuses why she didn’t want to let me trade up. When their computer system would allow everything to transact the way I wanted, she came up with a story that these were not the glasses they sold me, that they were counterfeit in some way and refused to help me. I can prove that these are the exact glasses that were sold to me because they are AI glasses and have a usage history that links back to just minutes after I bought them.
