She went above and beyond to help me find a purse I had previously seen, but somehow forgot to purchase while I was at the store. I live 1 1/2 hours away, so it was not an option to just go back to the store. I called to see if she could help me get the name of the purse as I could not find it online at all. She took my number and texted back and forth with me sending pictures until we found the purse I was looking for. That is excellent customer service right there. Thank you so much Chloe, You Rock!
- ABAmber BApr 3, 20261.0Customer service is terrible. I purchased a purse in Jan 2026 and the purse is peeling. I looked up the exchange policy and online it states the store can exchange the purse for one of equal value since it was less than a year old, really only about 2 months old. Unfortunately the manager, Kenan, said they are unwilling to help and to contact corporate for a gift card because they will not do exchanges in store. I contacted corporate who stated the store can offer an exchange, but since the store refused they will try to accommodate me with photos. I provided corporate the photos and am waiting on a response. I’d rather purchase from a store who stands behind their products. I will not be shopping here again. I suggest you research before buying Michael Kors these days, apparently the peeling on the sides/seems is typical for their brand because they use a cheap leather glue that does not withstand normal use for purses.
