  Manager was incredibly rude. They had a sign on a rack that said but 2 get 1 free. They wouldn’t honor their own sign and the “manager” was horribly rude and started arguing. Horrible customer service and VERY rude staff. It isn’t even about the $10 difference but the pure aggressiveness and rudeness of the “manager.” Usually I love these stores but I will never return to this one. They have other areas that are buy 3 get 1 free, buy 1 get 1 half off, $10 off…. horrible experience. Buyer beware because she also tried to tell us that a customer must have put the sign there. Wow!

  Overpriced store with the most rediculous return policy ever and rude management. Purchased a pair of shoes for over $60 And asked the register associate If I could return them if they didn’t work out and she said yes. Went to return them a week and some days later when I finally got a day off and she said she could not do anything as I am past the seven day window. I explained the situation and she did not care. No effort to find a solution, give a store credit, or anything. All because my shoes got stolen on the beach and I thought I needed a pair, and then one of my friends had a pair I was able to borrow instead. Now I’m stuck with a ridiculous $65 pair of shoes that I will never have a use for. Mind you, the purchased shoes still have tags and stickers on them and spotless bottoms. As a local, its clear that this place is an overpriced tourist trap with no sympathy for their customers. 10/10 do not recommend giving them your business

  Horrible return policy! As a local, I used to buy all my flip flops here and have never needed to return a pair. I recently bought a pair of shoes here and decided at home that they didn't look great with my outfit. I went to return them 2 weeks after purchase, with my receipt, and was told their return policy is 7 days, and no refunds - only store credit. I've never heard of a 7-day return policy! Ever!! The shoes still had tags on them and clearly were not used, but two weeks was too late, accordingto the manager. I will never purchase from there again, and will spread the word to friends and family.

  Not surprised they’re closing down, rude staff, and overpriced products. Don’t believe the giant 75% off sign, you’ll still pay $60 for a chair you can buy elsewhere for $20
