When we came back the car had gotten towed even though I was NOT unauthorized parking as I was a customer. Now I'm stuck with no car because it was a rental and I am not technically the owener so now i have to wait for it to be released back to me and cannot just go pay the fee and pick it up with the rental agreement papers.

I, having my own money, paid separate from the rest of my family. Before even leaving the store, the manager accused me of stealing. When we asked to return the item, which the receipt said unopened items may be returned or exchanged, she did not allow an exchange to happen. Completely unprofessional coming from a manager.
