- RMRoxy MejiaApr 19, 20265.0I never write reviews, but I had to for this one 🙌 I was in Destin with friends and stopped by Sunglass Hut to treat myself to a beautiful (and slightly pricey 😅) pair of Coach sunglasses… only to lose them the same day going 100 mph on a jetski right off my face 🤦♀️ I went back the next day, embarrassed, and met Joey again, and WOW. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with the biggest smile and the kindest energy. He helped me pick out a new pair (thankfully they are having an amazing sale 🙌), and I ended up getting sporty ones this time so I don’t repeat my mistake 😂 He also fixed my old sunglasses on the spot, replaced the pin on the arm and even cleaned them so they looked brand new again. Who does that anymore?! Joey is the definition of exceptional customer service, kind, genuine, and just an all-around beautiful soul. Experiences like this are rare, and he truly made my weekend. If you’re in Destin, go see Joey. You won’t regret it! 👏

Looking at a pair of glasses and one of the associates, (glasses, bald head) reaches around/ in front of me, and pulls the pair that I was looking at off the shelf for another customer!! Just terrible customer service and very rude!!!!! Will not be back. I have bought both of my sons oakleys, myself costas, and my wife Maui Jim’s from sunglass hut but never again!!!!!

When I arrived the store hadn’t received my order from Ray Ban, but they were able to take care of me and get me the exact same sunglasses I needed! They also communicated so that when the order came in they were able to cancel and process a refund without me needing to return to the store. 10/10 customer service!!
